An overnight, coed summer camp for kids in PA, MD, Ohio, NJ and NY, Mountain Lake is one of the last great overnight summer camp destinations remaining in the United States. Situated in the pristine rolling hills of south-central Pennsylvania, the camp is nestled on a knoll overlooking Mountain Lake. This beautiful camp borders a 7,000-acre scenic preserve with seemingly endless trails for hiking and horseback riding.

Since it was founded in 1924, this coed summer camp for kids in PA, MD, Ohio, NJ and NY has been providing a positive, rewarding and relaxing summer experience for your children. Our goal is to contribute to each child’s physical, mental and social well being, while at the same time providing a pleasant and enjoyable summer vacation.

Located in Fannettsburg, PA, Mountain Lake is a recreational, coed summer camp and, therefore, emphasizes fun and interesting activities for your kids. Activities are carefully selected and directed to help campers develop both personally and socially.

While at camp, your kids will have access to beautiful Mountain Lake, a large stream-fed lake that’s perfect for canoeing and fishing. Additionaly, campers will enjoy several on-site recreational facilities including our large swimming pool, tennis courts and softball field.

Mountain Lake Summer Camp accepts less than 80 coed campers per session ranging in age from 6 to 16. As a result, we are able to create a real, home-away-from-home atmosphere. Your son or daughter will never get lost in the shuffle. We realize that each camper is unique and should receive individualized attention from our camp staff.
